1. Age
DEKOVEN is for guests aged 18 and over. We may ask for valid government ID and refuse entry.
2. Bookings
Bookings are made and confirmed on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only when our team replies with a confirmation. Table times are held for the agreed window.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and may change. The price that applies is the one confirmed in your booking conversation or at the bar.
4. Cancellations
Tell us on WhatsApp as early as you can. Terms for private events are confirmed in writing before the event. Cancellation fees to be confirmed.
5. Conduct
Be respectful to guests and staff. We may refuse service, ask you to leave, or refuse future bookings if you are abusive, violent, or break local law. Please drink responsibly.
6. Property
You are responsible for damage you cause to the club, its equipment, or game consoles.
7. Website use
Do not misuse this website or try to disrupt it.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
