2. What this website stores
This website does not run accounts or forms. It stores two settings on your device: your light or dark theme choice, and whether you confirmed you are 18 or over. You can clear these in your browser settings.
3. Messages you send us
If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we use the details you give us to reply, to take bookings, and to keep records of those bookings. WhatsApp and your email provider handle those messages under their own policies.
4. Why we use it
- To take and confirm bookings and reply to your messages.
- To keep the club safe, including age checks at the door.
- To meet legal duties, such as tax records.
5. Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data for us, such as hosting and messaging services. We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep it
Booking and enquiry records are kept for the period needed for records and tax. Retention periods to be confirmed by counsel.
7. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to some uses, and ask us to restrict processing. Write to privacy@dekoven.example. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
8. Children
The club and this website are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
9. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and show the new date at the top.
